Titan

The Titan is a multi-function, high volume horizontal automated door machine for the production of Pre-Hung Doors, Slab Doors and Hinge and Strike Jambs.  The Titan is ideal for producing residential and commercial doors requiring 2, 3 or 4 hinges and will accommodate 1-6 to 4-0 doors in width and 6-8 to 8-0 in height.  Multiple machining selections are simplified with a bi-lingual touch screen control panel, which allows the operator to quickly change door and hinge specifications.  The Titan can me utilized as a “stand-alone” machine or can be paired with the Renegade Door Loader and/or the Renegade Assembly Station to facilitate a higher volume production line.  Renegade machinery is designed and built with rugged dependability and operator-friendly features allowing for easy maintenance and rapid diagnostic evaluation.  The machine features are based on proven designs with a history of tough reliability.

 

 

 

Centurion

Hercules

The Renegade Hercules Door Lite Cut-Out Machine for rectangular, curved and multi-lite cut-outs in wood, fiberglass, or metal doors. Face boring is standard with a bulit-in steel template adjustable for backsets from 2 3/8″ to 2-3/4″. The two speed cutter head is supported by cross mounted lineal bearing shafts for length and width travel.

 

SR-1000 Strike Router

The SR-1000 Strike Router is most commonly used in conjunction with the Centurion although can be used with any other door machines.  The SR-1000 can machine a flat, rabbeted or split jamb at a rate of 3-4 pieces per minute.  The strike router is designed to machine interior or exterior jambs.
